Rectification of mistake - due to inadvertence, in paragraph 1 of the order dated 04.10.2018 made in Tax Appeal No. 320 of 2018, reference has been made to “Income Tax Appellate Tribunal” instead of “Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal” - Held that:- In paragraph 1 of the order dated 04.10.2018 made in Tax Appeal No. 320 of 2018 instead of words “Income Tax Appellate Tribunal”, the words, “Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal” shall stand substituted - The note stands disposed of. The Gujarat High Court corrected an error in an order by substituting 'Income Tax Appellate Tribunal' with 'Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal' in Tax Appeal No. 320 of 2018. The correction was made due to inadvertence. The note for speaking to the minutes was disposed of accordingly.
