The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT HYDERABAD rectified a factual error in Final Order No.30741/2017, correcting the redemption fine from Rs. 3.00 lakhs to Rs. 1.00 lakh. The mistake was rectified, and the application for rectification was disposed of.
