Manufacture - conversion of tissue papers, C-fold tissue, M-fold tissue, paper napkin/serviette of different sizes, toilet roll, kitchen roll, JRT roll and HRT roll etc. from jumbo rolls of paper - Held that:- Issue notice in the civil appeal as well as in the application for stay, returnable in four weeks. The Supreme Court in 2018 (10) TMI 213 - SC Order, with Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.K. Sikri and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ashok Bhushan presiding, condoned the delay and issued notice in the civil appeal and application for stay, returnable in four weeks. The legal representatives included Mr. V. Lakshmikumaran, Ms. L. Charanya, Mr. Aditya Bhattacharya, Mr. Victor Das, Ms. Apeksha Mehta, Mr. Manish Rastogi, Mr. Shrey Ashat, and Mr. Punit Dutt Tyagi.
