Rectification of Mistake - Held that:- In para 7, the first sentence is mentioned as “We find that the Department has made out a Strong case in their favour”, which should be read as “We find that the Department has not made out a strong case in their favour” - ROM Application allowed. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Bangalore modified the Final Order to correct a mistake where it was stated that the Department had made out a strong case in their favor, when it should have been stated that the Department had not made out a strong case in their favor. The rectification was made in para 7 of the Final Order.
