Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Delay condoned. The Court stated, 'We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.' No further reasons were recorded. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. Procedurally, the order (i) accepted the request to condone delay, (ii) affirmed the absence of grounds to disturb the impugned order on review under special leave jurisdiction, and (iii) disposed of ancillary pending applications. No respondent appearance was recorded.
