Rectification of Mistake - certain clerical errors - Held that:- the order has been corrected as follows:- i) in para 3, the words 'grounds of review' may be read as 'impugned order.'; ii) In para 5, the words 'the appeal is dismissed' may be read as 'the appeals are allowed.' - ROM application allowed. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT MUMBAI allowed the Rectification of Mistake application filed in respect of order no. A/89811-89812/17/SMB dated 28.09.2017. The errors in the order were corrected as follows:1. 'grounds of review' changed to 'impugned order' in para 3.2. 'the appeal is dismissed' changed to 'the appeals are allowed' in para 5.The Rectification of Mistake applications was allowed accordingly.
