Change of cause title - change from commissioner of Central Excise, LTU, Chennai to “The Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Trichy” consequent upon the introduction of GST and the resultant change in the jurisdiction - Held that: - the miscellaneous applications filed by Revenue for change of cause title allowed - application allowed. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT CHENNAI allowed the Revenue's miscellaneous applications for changing the cause title from Commissioner of Central Excise, LTU, Chennai to 'The Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, Trichy' due to the introduction of GST and change in jurisdiction. Case adjourned to 09.02.2018.
