Condonation of delay - Held that:- Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned. We do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order, because in our opinion the High Court was right when it dismissed the petition on the ground of delay as there was no justifiable reason for the delay. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court of India dismissed the special leave petition due to delay, as there was no justifiable reason for the delay.
