The Commissioner (Appeals) ... Revenue filed this application for stay of operation of the impugned order - Commissioner (Appeals) after going through the evidence produced by the respondent allowed the credit - respondent paid service tax in respect of courier, cartage, audit fees, glowsign board, insurance, security charges etc. In these circumstances, we find no ground to stay of operation of the impugned order. Stay petition is dismissed. The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT NEW DELHI dismissed the Revenue's application for stay of operation of the impugned order. The Commissioner (Appeals) allowed the credit of Rs. 84,818/- to the respondent who paid service tax for various services. The stay petition was dismissed.
