HELD THAT:- The Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to it. The High Court of Telangana disposed of a writ petition seeking to declare the proceedings of an E-Auction Sale Notice as illegal and arbitrary under the SARFAESI Act. The petitioner was granted liberty to avail alternative remedy, with no costs imposed.
