With the said liberty, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The High Court of Madras dismissed the writ petitions as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the assessment orders passed during the pendency of the petitions. No costs were awarded.
