Liberty as prayed is granted. The Writ Petition as also the Special Leave Petition are accordingly closed on withdrawal with liberty as aforesaid. The Supreme Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition and Special Leave Petition to pursue remedies under the Income Tax Act. The petitions were closed with liberty granted to the petitioner.
