The same are hereby quashed. It will be open to respondent no.2 to continue or take any civil proceedings in accordance with law - SLP disposed off. The Supreme Court of India quashed criminal proceedings as they were deemed to be of a civil nature. Respondent no.2 can pursue civil proceedings if desired. The special leave petition was disposed of, and any pending applications were also disposed of.
