It is clarified that the impugned judgment/order and the dismissal of the present appeal would not come in the way of M/s Cantors Fitzgerald from applying and submitting Expression of Interest in terms of sale notice dated 06.08.2023. The Supreme Court of India dismissed the appeal, stating no grounds to interfere with the impugned judgment. However, M/s Cantors Fitzgerald can apply and submit Expression of Interest as per the sale notice dated 06.08.2023. Pending applications shall be disposed of.
