In the said circumstances, this court is of the view that no order need to be passed in this petition. This Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The High Court of Madras dismissed the writ petition challenging a GST notice as the blocked credit was subsequently unblocked by the respondent. The petition was deemed infructuous and no costs were awarded.
