The Supreme Court of India issued an order in 2019 (11) TMI 1807, with Hon'ble Ms. Justice Indira Banerjee and Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.S. Bopanna presiding. Mr. Sanjay Jain represented the Appellant. No representation was made for the Respondent. The court granted a stay on the operation of the impugned order and appointed Mr. R. Basant as amicus curiae to assist.
