EX., HYDERABAD Versus AARTI CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. - 2008 (11) S.T.R. 507 (Tri. - Bang.) The Revenue sought stay of Order-in-Appeal No. 12/2006 regarding Service Tax demand for services as Register and Share Transfer Agent. The Commissioner noted that the demand prior to 1-5-2006 was not sustainable. The Tribunal found no infirmity in the order and dismissed the stay application. The appeal will proceed for hearing.
