        <h1>Dismissal of Writ Petition Due to Six-Year Delay</h1> The High Court of Calcutta dismissed writ petition WPA 8929 of 2023 due to inordinate delay of six years in filing without any convincing reason. - TMI Condonation of delay of six years in filing petition - sufficient reasons for delay or not - HELD THAT:- Such inordinate delay in filing the writ petition without any convincing and cogent reason is not entertainable and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. The High Court of Calcutta dismissed writ petition WPA 8929 of 2023 due to inordinate delay of six years in filing without any convincing reason.
