The Delhi High Court directed the respondent to process and issue a refund of Rs.2,64,77,458 to the petitioner within four weeks, with interest to be paid directly to the petitioner's account within two weeks thereafter. The petitioner can seek further remedies if there are any grievances regarding non-compliance with the directions. The petition was disposed of accordingly.
