Stand over to 12 April 2023, to be heard along with O.S.Writ Petition No.3202 of 2022. The High Court of Bombay passed a detailed order in O.S. Writ Petition No. 3202 of 2022 regarding methodology to prevent recurring issues. A joint meeting between Customs Department officers and Director General of Foreign Trade resolved the petitioner's issue and implemented changes in the software system. The case stands over to be heard on 12 April 2023 along with O.S. Writ Petition No. 3202 of 2022.
