Ltd., - TMI The Appellate Tribunal ITAT Bangalore dismissed the revenue's appeal as infructuous due to the settlement of Transfer Pricing issues in the Unilateral Advanced Pricing Arrangement (APA) between the assessee and the CBDT. The appeal was against the final assessment order passed under the Income-tax Act, 1961. The appeal was dismissed on August 31, 2020.
