HELD THAT:- Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the present petition, learned Advocate Mr. Mansuri is permitted to withdraw the present petition. It is needless to say that the application that may be filed by the petitioner in Special Civil Application No.23250/2019 shall be considered in accordance with law. The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Gujarat High Court dismissed the petition as the petitioner decided to withdraw it to file a new application in a different case. The court permitted the withdrawal without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petition.
