Seeking withdrawal of company petition - HELD THAT:- The Appellant’s prayer for allowing her to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to file a fresh one as one of the two alternative prayers having been allowed in terms of the impugned order by the Tribunal, more particularly such course not been objected by the Respondents, we find that there is no reason for the Appellant to feel aggrieved of the same. Appeal dismissed. The Appellate Tribunal dismissed the appeal as the Appellant's prayer to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to file a fresh one was allowed by the Tribunal, and the Respondents did not object to this decision.
