Clarification made under Item No.9 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance Circular No.192/02/2016-Service Tax dated April 13th, 2016 - HELD THAT:- Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay and on the Special Leave Petition. The Supreme Court of India issued an order in 2022 (2) TMI 1284 - SC, with Justices D.Y. Chandrachud and Surya Kant presiding. The court directed notice on the application for condonation of delay and the Special Leave Petition. The case was tagged with SLP(C) No 37326 of 2017. The petitioner was instructed to pay the demand raised by the Revenue, pending the final outcome of the proceedings.
