Validity of statement dated 12th February, 2020 issued by the respondent no.4 under the SVLDR Scheme - Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that respondent no.4 without taking into account the amount of Rs.4,92,47,372/- deposited by the petitioner has determined that the liability of the petitioner is Rs.5,55,34,486/- - HELD THAT:- Issue notice. The Delhi High Court allowed exemption subject to exceptions in a case challenging a statement issued under the SVLDR Scheme. The petitioner's liability was disputed despite a deposit made. The court stayed the operation of the statement pending deposit of the admitted balance amount by a specified date.
