Hari Shankar. The parties were represented by respective counsels. ... Waiver of Demurrage Charges levied by ICDs/CFSs/Port/Terminal Operators during lockdown - HELD THAT:- Hearing is concluded - Whichsoever counsel wants to say anything in addition to what has already been argued/stated in the written arguments filed, may, within one week file a note of arguments of not more than three pages. The Delhi High Court heard the case with Justices Rajiv Sahai Endlaw and C. Hari Shankar. The petitioner was represented by Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal and others, while the respondent was represented by Mr. Chetan Sharma and others. The hearing concluded, and the counsels were given one week to file additional arguments. Judgment was reserved, and interim orders were to continue.
