<h1>Supreme Court Dismisses Special Leave Petition, Pending Applications Resolved</h1> The Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition without interference, and pending applications were disposed of. - TMI Grant of anticipatory bail - petitioner acted as a guarantor to a loan facility obtained by one of the sister concern Society of the Company - Default in repayment of loan - It was held by Delhi High Court that Keeping in view the serious allegations mentioned above against the petitioner, who has played key role in the present case and due to the material documents which are required to be seized from the petitioner, for which custodial interrogation is required, therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. HELD THAT:- There are no reason to interfere in the matter. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition without interference, and pending applications were disposed of. The citation is 2021 (1) TMI 1257 - SC Order. The judges were Justice Uday Umesh Lalit, Justice Hemant Gupta, and Justice S. Ravindra Bhat. Counsel for the parties included Ms. Meenakshi Arora, Mr. Jasbir Singh Malik, Ms. Usha Nandini.
