List on 14.11.2018 along with SBCWP No.24305/2018. The High Court of Rajasthan directed the petitioner's counsel to serve a copy of the writ petition to the respondent's counsel. The petitioner claimed that certain notifications and trade notices were issued in violation of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. The respondent was given two weeks to file a reply and a stay application. The court ordered a stay on specific notifications and trade notices until the next hearing scheduled for 14.11.2018.
