Seeking the release of the passport of the petitioner - requirement of petitioner to visit America before September, 2021, failing which he will loose the benefit of green card - HELD THAT:- Let the affidavit as being requested be filed before the next date of hearing with an advance copy to learned counsel for the respondents. Adjourned to 22.06.2021. The Punjab and Haryana High Court heard a case where the petitioner sought the release of his passport to visit America before September 2021 to maintain a green card benefit. The court granted an adjournment for the petitioner to file an affidavit by the next hearing date of 22.06.2021.
