That order does not direct listing of the matter before any other Bench. Neither is this the Bench which deals with writ petitions as per roster, nor is there any noting or direction, by the Hon’ble Chief Justice, directing listing of this matter before this Bench, available on record. List this matter before the appropriate Bench, as per roster, subject to orders of the Hon’ble Chief Justice on 22nd January, 2021. The Delhi High Court directed to list a matter before the appropriate Bench as per roster on 22nd January, 2021. The matter was not supposed to be placed before the current Bench as per the previous order. The parties were also absent during the proceedings.
