                            The Supreme Court directed the NCLAT to advance the hearing date for the appellant's stay application. Any interim actions are subject to NCLAT's further orders. The appellant must notify the other party of the date change. The appeal is disposed of, and the order will be sent to NCLAT promptly.


                            The Supreme Court directed the NCLAT to take up the matter on 07.09.2021 instead of 07.10.2021 for passing orders on the stay application of the appellant. Any actions taken in the meantime will be subject to further NCLAT orders. The appellant can inform the other side about the change in date.
