DR reports no objection on this request of the assessee. Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn - In the result, the appeal is dismissed. The ITAT Delhi dismissed the appeal as the assessee withdrew it with no objection from the Departmental Representative. The order was pronounced on 19th February 2020.
