of <h1>Appeal dismissed for failure to address office objections despite prior directions.</h1> The Bombay HC dismissed the appeal due to the appellant's failure to address office objections despite prior directions, with no cost orders issued. - TMI Removal of office objections - HELD THAT:- This matter was listed on board on 28.8.2014. At that time, it was noticed by this Court in its order dated 28.8.2014 that the Appellant had not bothered to remove the office objections and have the Appeal numbered. In the above view, this Court by order dated 28.8.2014 directed the Appellant to remove office objections within four weeks. However, we find that in spite of specific direction, the Appellant has not removed office objections till date. Appeal is dismissed. The Bombay High Court dismissed the appeal as the appellant failed to remove office objections despite specific directions. No order was given regarding costs.
