Act, 2017 ... Disposal of petition - petitioner states that the petitioner was served with a show cause notice dated 21.05.2018, under Section 142(1) of the G.S.T. Act, 2017 to which the petitioner has filed a reply on 11.06.2018 but the respondent authorities are not disposing of the petitioner's reply at all - HELD THAT:- The respondents are directed to pass orders on the petitioner's reply dated 11.06.2018 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from today. Petition disposed off. The Allahabad High Court directed the respondent authorities to pass orders on the petitioner's reply to a show cause notice under Section 142(1) of the G.S.T. Act, 2017 within three weeks. The Writ Petition was disposed of with no costs.
