Tag the appeal with PRINCIPAL COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX-2 VERSUS KAMLESH PRAHLADBHAI MODI [2018 (5) TMI 1164 - GUJARAT HIGH COURT]. The Supreme Court of India issued a notice and ordered that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in the meanwhile. The matter was tagged along with W.P. (Crl.) No. 333 of 2018.
