Bearing in mind the limited controversy, the hearing of the appeal is expedited. The High Court of Bombay admitted an appeal based on a substantial question of law regarding the justification of upholding an order related to the Customs Act, 1962. The appeal questions whether the Commissioner properly exercised powers to either redeem or confiscate seized currency under Section 125.
