<h1>Appeal Dismissed for Lack of Prosecution; Appellant Fails to Appear</h1> The Bombay HC dismissed the appeal for lack of prosecution as the appellant failed to appear despite notice and no adjournment was allowed. The appeal was ... Non prosecution of appeal - HELD THAT:- None appeared in support of the Appeal, when the matter was called out. Thus, it was kept back at the bottom of the board. It was again called out at the end of the board. However, even now, none appears in support of the Appeal. It appears that Appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal. Parties and Advocates had been put to notice on 3rd August, 2018 that this Appeal would be taken up for consideration today and no adjournment would be granted. The Bombay High Court dismissed the appeal due to lack of prosecution as the appellant did not appear despite being put on notice and no adjournment would be granted. The appeal was kept at the bottom of the board and later called out again, but no one appeared in support of the appeal.
