Directions to collect the certified copies of the registration certificate from the concerned RTO - HELD THAT:- From the order dated 03.10.2016 it appears that no next date of hearing is given. The aforesaid reports are directed to be taken on record. Before any further order is passed, at the request of Mr.Devang Vyas, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of the Union of India, S.O. to 06.10.2016. The Gujarat High Court issued an oral order in response to a report provided by the Assistant Solicitor General of India regarding pending matters and judgment pronouncement. A receiver was appointed by the Tribunal to collect certified copies of registration certificates related to a petitioner-Bank's application. Next hearing date was not provided, and further orders were postponed to October 6, 2016.
