Grant of regular bail - offences under Sections 132(1)(b),(c)(d),(f),(i) and (1) of Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 - HELD THAT:- Considering the fact that offence is punishable with a maximum sentence of five years and the petitioner has already undergone sentence for a period of one year five months and she has a child of three years old, without commenting on the merits of the case, we direct release of the petitioner on bail - SLP disposed off. The Supreme Court of India ordered the release of the petitioner on bail in connection with complaint No.35/2018. The petitioner had already served one year five months of a potential five-year sentence and has a three-year-old child. She must furnish a personal bond of Rs. 5 Lacs with two sureties and surrender her passport to the Trial Court. The special leave petition is disposed of, and pending applications are also disposed of.
