SINNASAMY, THE CUSTOMS, EXCISE & SERVICE TAX APPELLATE TRIBUNAL [2016 (9) TMI 879 - MADRAS HIGH COURT]. HELD THAT:- Issue notice, returnable by six weeks - In the meantime, the operation of order dated 05.10.2018 (Annexure-3) shall remain stayed. The Rajasthan High Court issued an order staying the operation of an order dated 05.10.2018. Notice is issued, returnable in six weeks.
