<h1>Official Liquidator permitted to file fresh report after withdrawing earlier one</h1> The Bombay High Court granted permission to the Official Liquidator to withdraw a report and file a fresh one in a case. The Official Liquidator's Report ... Fresh Official Liquidator's Report - HELD THAT:- Official Liquidator submits that after Official Liquidator's Report was filed, certain orders have been passed by this Court in different applications, which require to be considered and a fresh Official Liquidator's Report has to be filed. Official Liquidator, at this point, pressing only for prayer clause β (b) and as regards prayer clauses β (a), (c) and (d) seeks leave to withdraw Official Liquidator's Report with liberty to file fresh Official Liquidator's Report. Prayer clause β (b) is granted and Official Liquidator's Report accordingly stands disposed with liberty as prayed for. The Bombay High Court considered a request from the Official Liquidator for withdrawal of a report and granted permission to file a fresh report. The Official Liquidator's Report was disposed with liberty to file a new report. The citation for this judgment is 2018 (9) TMI 1951 - Bombay High Court.
