Leave granted. The Supreme Court of India in 2016 (3) TMI 1357 - SC Order, with Judges Mr. Kurian Joseph and Mr. Rohinton Fali Nariman, granted leave and tagged the case with Civil Appeal No. 5923 of 2012 after condoning the delay.
