Liberty as prayed for granted. All the applications i.e. two Notices of Motion and Chamber Summons are withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The High Court of Bombay allowed the withdrawal of three applications by the Petitioner with liberty to take further legal action. The applications included two Notices of Motion and a Chamber Summons.
