Let these appeals be also listed before the larger Bench along with the aforesaid matter after taking orders from Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India. The Supreme Court referred multiple cases to a Larger Bench, including Civil Appeal No. 4184 of 2009 reported as 'State of West Bengal & Ors. v. Calcutta Club Ltd.' Let these appeals be listed before the Larger Bench after taking orders from the Chief Justice of India.
