<h1>Supreme Court Grants Stay on NCLT Order</h1> The Supreme Court granted an ad-interim stay on the NCLT's order in a case scheduled for final disposal within three weeks. - TMI Initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process - Corporate Debtor - Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 - HELD THAT:- There shall be ad-interim stay of the order dated 09.08.2018 passed by the NCLT, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in case No. CP (IB) 488/I&BP/MB/2018. The Supreme Court of India issued an order in 2018 (11) TMI 1639 - SC, with Justices A. M. Khanwilkar and Navin Sinha presiding. The appellant was represented by Mr. Kapil Sibal and others, while Mr. Chander Uday Singh represented the respondents. Notice was issued, and the case was scheduled for final disposal in three weeks. An ad-interim stay was granted on the NCLT's order dated 09.08.2018 in case No. CP (IB) 488/I&BP/MB/2018.
