Registration with jurisdictional authority as per para 1.05 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 - amended policy dated 25.04.2018 - However, a notice has been issued on 18.05.2018 giving clarification that the said availability of registration would be to only those shipments which are backed by 100% advance payment before 25.04.2018, although the amendment does not contain such condition - Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application, returnable within four weeks. The Rajasthan High Court judgment in 2018 (6) TMI 1552 stated that the petitioner had been registered under the Foreign Trade Policy but faced a notice imposing a condition not mentioned in the policy. The court issued notice of the writ petition and a stay application, staying the effect of the notice dated 18.05.2018 until further order.
