The Court, therefore, does not find the need to grant any further indulgence. The notice was confined to only Question No. 1. That question is left open to be decided in an appropriate case. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The Delhi High Court dismissed the appeal due to the Revenue not filing the process fee despite three opportunities since June 2, 2016.
