The High Court of Himachal Pradesh allowed CMP No. 893 of 2013, disposing of the application. In CWP No. 492 of 2013-I & CMP No. 892 of 2013, the court directed the registration of the petitioner's vehicle upon depositing 1/3rd of the entry tax, with restrictions on alienation or encumbrance without permission.
