<h1>ITAT Chennai Recalls Order for 1997-98, 1998-99 Assessments</h1> The Appellate Tribunal ITAT Chennai recalled and reinstated a common order for assessment years 1997-98 and 1998-99 due to a mistake found in the original ... Rectification of mistake - Held that:- prima facie there is a mistake in the order passed by the Tribunal. Therefore, the said common order of the Tribunal [2012 (4) TMI 151 - ITAT CHENNAI ] is recalled and again reinstated in the rolls of the Tribunal for fresh hearing and disposal - Decided in favour of Revenue. The Appellate Tribunal ITAT Chennai recalled and reinstated a common order for assessment years 1997-98 and 1998-99 due to a mistake found in the original order. The recalled appeals are set for fresh hearing on 20th February, 2013. The Revenue's petitions are treated as allowed.
