Waiver of pre deposit - Order of pre deposit to pursue matter afresh - High Court upheld order of pre deposit [2011 (11) TMI 317 - PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT] - Supreme Court dismissed appeal as infructuous since in pursuance of the previous order, the adjudicating authority has already decided the matter. The Supreme Court of India in 2014 (11) TMI 741 - SC Order, with judges Anil R. Dave and Dipak Misra, ruled that the petition became infructuous as the matter was already decided by the adjudicating authority. The petition was disposed of, leaving the question of law open.
